Armory Hall located at northeast corner of 4th & Broadway.
Built 1898 for the local National Guard unit. It was also used for social events and fraternal organizations.
Members of the fraternal organization are lined up in front. The banner reads: "Canton Progress No. 2, IOOF, Baker City, Oregon"
