Description	Oldest known photo of Baker City, ca. 1866-67. Written on the back of photo: "Baker 1867. J. H. Parker came to Baker, Ore., April 1, 1871. J. H. Parker, born June 25, 1843, died Jan. 29, 1923. Catherine Ann Parker (wife), born Jan. 24, 1874, died Dec. 3, 1957. This early picture of Baker, Oregon, belonged to Uncle Parker and is given to Mr. O. H. P.
