Library Board Virtual Meeting, Aug 10 2020

A virtual public meeting of the Board of Directors for Baker County Library District will be held on Aug 10, 2020 at 6:00 pm PST. The meeting will be held by video conference in compliance with federal, state, and local guidelines associated with the COVID-19 pandemic.
A quorum of the Board will not be physically present at one location, and will convene remotely using GoToMeeting. The meeting will be accessible from a computer, tablet, smartphone, or regular telephone. Members of the public will not appear in person. Persons desiring to speak will contact the library at least two hours prior to the meeting to register by phone (541-523-6419) or email (info@bakerlib.org). Each speaker will be provided details on how to communicate directly with the Board during the public forum session of the meeting. Only members of the public who are properly registered will be allowed to speak during the meeting.
The Library Board is the governing agency which oversees the finances, policies, and general operations of the Baker County Library District. It consists of 5 "Directors" who are elected to serve 4 year terms.
