About the Series
The Library of Things is a partnership between OSU Extension, Libraries of Eastern Oregon, and the Baker County Library to promote food security and self-sufficiency in Baker County. Funded by Trust for Civic Life, this series will help you learn safe and practical food preservation techniques.
