Vendors are responsible for reviewing all solicitation requirements and checking this page for addenda or other updates before submitting a response. Only information issued in writing by the District is binding.

General contracting information

Submission of a response does not guarantee contract award or reimbursement of any costs incurred in preparing a response. The District reserves the rights stated in each solicitation, including the right to reject proposals, waive minor informalities, cancel or revise a solicitation, and make an award in accordance with applicable law and District policy.

Baker County Library District encourages participation by qualified businesses of all sizes. Proposers and contractors must comply with applicable federal and Oregon nondiscrimination requirements.

Request for Proposals (RFP): Municipal Audit Services

Baker County Library District in Baker City, Oregon, invites proposals from qualified independent accounting firms to conduct the District’s audit for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026. The initial contract may be renewed annually for up to two additional fiscal years.

Proposals are due by 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time on Monday, August 31, 2026. Questions are due August 17.
