Saturday, August 8, 2026 | 6:30 PM
Churchill School Arts Center
3451 Broadway St, Baker City, OR 97814
Sponsored by Baker County Library District

Join Baker County Library District for Sketch and Release, a touring multimedia performance and documentary experience centered on Black creatives living and working in rural Oregon.
Created and led by multidisciplinary artist Jason McNeal Graham, also known as MOsley WOtta, this 60-minute program blends short documentary film, live performance, music, painting, and guided conversation. Each tour stop invites audiences into intimate stories of creativity, place, identity, and belonging beyond Oregon’s urban centers.
The Baker City program will take place at Churchill School Arts Center, a restored schoolhouse and community arts venue known for live music, visual art, and creative gatherings. The evening will include new docu-series material, a live performance, and a locally tailored community dialogue.
About the project:
Sketch and Release uplifts the voices of Black artists and creatives in rural Oregon through on-location storytelling, music, visual art, and conversation. The 2026–2027 tour brings the project to libraries, campuses, theaters, and community spaces across Central and rural Oregon.
