Request for Proposals (RFP): Municipal Audit Services

Baker County Library District invites proposals from qualified independent certified public accounting firms to perform the annual audit of the District’s financial statements for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026.

The initial contract will cover one fiscal year. At the District’s option, and subject to satisfactory performance and mutually agreed fees, the contract may be renewed annually for up to two additional fiscal years.

• Questions due: Monday, August 17, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time
• Responses and addenda anticipated: Monday, August 24, 2026
• Proposals due: Monday, August 31, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time
